IMPORTANT NOTICE RE WAIVER FORMS

Signed waiver forms are now required from each trip participant.
These forms can be downloaded by clicking on the link that you will
find with the trip descriptions below. Each trip has its own specific waiver form.
All you have to do it download it, print it, sign it, and make sure that Murray Neil has it before you board the bus!

Blank waiver forms will also be available from Murray,
or at the luncheon meetings.

Stratford Fall Getaway 2010

A Motor Coach Tour – September 8, 9 & 10, 2010

Cost $597.00 per person, double occupancy, deluxe motorcoach, choice seating, three performances, two nights at the Festival Inn , Stratford. Meals included: Wednesday lunch ‘Stone Crock’ St. Jacobs, *Continental Breakfast each morning in the Anne Hathaway Dining Room at Festival Inn and Dinner at Tucker’s Marketplace Restaurant,(Dixon Road at Hwy # 27).
